She used to do music reviews, now is both tech help for Sugar and general help on the ship.

Before the Ship

Naomi's pre-story life is also pretty frequently talked about. She was a music reviewer, and this was able to be easily transitioned into her life on the ship, she did eventually, however, grow exhausted of analyzing what she listened to and stopped some time later.

Dootopias Communications Device

  • Keeps her musical palette open to every genre of music, though dance is her favorite genre.

  • Knows how to play piano and flute, but put them aside for music critique.

  • Indifferent to indie rock.

  • Her dimensions music has been described as “like (our) music, if it sounded like pastels and had a hint of bubblegum pop” (by UV).

  • Disney in her dimension is a rather obscure broadway company, their most notable production has been said to be “Butterfly Without a Goal”.

    • Her favorite Disney song comes from "Butterfly Without a Goal", that song being called "I Need My Voice".

    • Least favorite Disney song is "Baby, I'll Rule the World" from the "Prince's Gold" musical, a show that she goes on to say she has very strong, negative, feelings about.

  • The biggest animation studio in her dimension is one called “Parachute”.

  • Doesn’t know Studio Ghibli.

  • While didn’t ever think of starting her own band, she did want to produce her own music at one point.

  • Favorite song from a musical; “Sweet Horizon” by the “Hyperspace Heaven” cast.

  • Screaming as music isn’t popular in her dimension.

  • Favorite book is “The Guild and the Magician” by Rosemary Garza and she seems to have quite a bit of thoughts about it;

    • "It’s about a witch and her guild mates. Who get into a battle for the control of magic, it’s a whole commentary about how power tends to drive people away from their morals for the sake of control, I’ve been reading things from my dimension where people have been saying there’s an underlying political slant that says we should depower the rich, but I’m not sure I see it myself, I think this is just people reading too deep into things that aren’t there. Hopefully media literacy is better where you guys are from." -DDCD12

  • Roommates with Sugar, they treat each other like sisters.
